GREASE BACCHUS HT Grease adalah gemuk yang secara khusus diformulasikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gemuk yang tahan terhadap suhu yang sangat tinggi, mengandung bahan dasar minyak berkualitas tinggi dan thickener jenis an-organik, plus bahan penahan beban berat yang ekstrim dan tidak akan mencair pada suhu yang sangat tinggi sekalipun.

BACCHUS HT grease memiliki daya rekat yang sangat kuat pada permukaan logam, tetap stabil pada temperatur bertambah bahkan sampai mencapai lebih dari 5000F. Selain itu, produk ini juga tahan terhadap tekanan yang berat dan sangat baik ketahanan airnya. Sangat cocok untuk berbagai penggunaan pada suhu yang tinggi, seperti : Mesin industri yang bekerja pada temperature tinggi, Seal cincin karet, DSB, Conveyor oven suhu tinggi, Bantalan roda.

BACCHUS MOLY Grease adalah gemuk serbaguna dari bahan Lithium dan di kombinasi dengan molybdenum disulphide yang merupakan pelumas padat/ solid sehingga sangat efektif mencegah keausan, melindungi permukaan dari gesekan pada tingkat kerja yang tinggi, tahan terhadap kondisi basah/ berair.

BACCHUS MOLY digunakan untuk semua jenis bearing dengan berbagai kecepatan, beban dan getaran kerja. Direkomendasikan untuk chassis fittings, wheel bearings, grease lubricated universal joints pada mobil penumpang, truk, peralatan pertanian, peralatan pertambangan, peralatan konstruksi dan peralatan berat lainnya.

BACCHUS EP merupakan gemuk serba guna yang diformulasikan dengan base lithium sehingga menghasilkan gemuk pelumas yang memiliki kemampuan menahan panas, water proof, friction proof, dapat juga digunakan dalam waktu yang lama dan tetap stabil pada suhu tinggi.BACCHUS EP bisa juga digunakan untuk menggantikan Calsium Grease, Natrium Grease, Alumunium Grease dan lain-lain.

Memiliki daya tahan yang kuat terhadap air, tahan oksidasi, Mencegah karat dan korosi, Sangat cocok digunakan pada temperature tinggi.

APLIKASI

Dapat digunakan untuk rantai roda pada mesin yang berat. Seperti perlengkapan mobil, motor electric small or medium genset, pompa air, blower dan bisa juga digunakan untuk mengontrol density/thickness.Untuk berbagai peralatan pertambangan dan industri lainnya yang bekerja pada temperature yang rendah maupun tinggi serta lingkungan berat.

BACCHUS CALCIUM Grease adalah gemuk yang secara khusus diformulasikan dengan pengental jenis Kalsium berkualitas tinggi. Produk BACCHUS CALCIUM Grease mengandung bahan dasar minyak mineral yang berkualitas, ditambah dengan bahan penahan beban berat yang ekstrim, tahan terhadap air dan sesuai untuk aplikasi pada suhu rendah.

BACCHUS CG grease memiliki daya rekat yang sangat kuat pada permukaan logam, tahan terhadap tekanan yang berat dan sangat baik ketahanan airnya. Sangat cocok untuk berbagai penggunaan pada suhu yang tinggi, seperti: Mesin industri yang temperaturnya rendah kondisi berair dan lembab, sasis kendaraan, bantalan roda dan kenbutuhan lainnya.

  • MULTIS EP 1 is a true multi purpose grease, formulated for lubrication of loaded slide-balland roller-bearings, wheelbearings, universal joints, chassis, and various shock loaded or vibrating applications in transport, agriculture and off road equipment, operating in wet, dustyand/or dry conditions.
  • Suitable as general purpose grease for industrial applications requiring a NLGI 1 grade Extreme Pressure grease.
  • Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.
